Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Most of our orders take 3-10 days to be delivered after the order has been confirmed. You will receive an SMS and/or Email once your order is shipped along with your tracking details. Please provide the correct information so that you receive the alerts.

Out-of-Stock Items

Sometimes even after our efforts to keep the inventory updated, there might be a few occasions when the order you place might be out of stock. In such cases, our team shall reach out to you within 48 hours. You can opt for one of the following solutions –

1. Get a store credit without an expiry date which can be redeemed immediately or in the future.

2. Get a replacement for another product of the same value

3. Get a complete refund

International Shipping

Currently, we do not have international shipping integrated directly with the website. But we do provide international shipping if requested. All you have to do is share the zip code so that we can give you the estimated shipping price.

The Delivery time for international orders ranges from one week to three weeks.

Split Shipment

Occasionally we split the shipment of your orders keeping in mind faster shipping and delivery. Hence one shipment might arrive before the other. You shall be notified about such cases through SMS and/or email

Return Policy

Cancellations

Only those orders that have not left our facility for delivery can be cancelled. You can ask the delivery personnel to return the order to us. Once we receive the returned order, we shall provide you with the following solutions –

1. Get a store credit without an expiry date which can be redeemed immediately or in the future.

2. Get a replacement for another product of the same value

3. Get a complete refund

Orders which are part of a Sale or Special Drops cannot be cancelled.

Please note these cases cannot be dealt with in consumer grievance courts till the item is returned to us.

Cancellations by Drocer Record

Occasionally, we might have to cancel your order if

1. The item(s) ordered are out of stock or discontinued.

2. If the item(s) are damaged in transit

We shall refund the amount to your account in such cases.

Please note these cases cannot be dealt with in consumer grievance courts till the item is returned to us.

Returns

Requests for return need to be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Only Defective products can be returned.

Kindly send pictures or videos of defective items through email or WhatsApp.

After we process the return, you shall receive confirmation via SMS and/or email

Please note these cases cannot be dealt with in consumer grievance courts till the item is returned to us.

Returns are subject to the visual proof provided by the customer.

Returns on Sale items or promo code items

You shall only receive the final amount paid post-return of the item(s) booked through sales or promo code.

Damaged on Arrival

If the order has been damaged, or tampered with on arrival, please return the product to the delivery personnel  and contact our customer care service via care@drocerrecord.com
