1.How long will it take for my order to reach?
Most orders arrive within 3-7 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which you will receive an SMS/Email* notification from us once your order is shipped; along with your tracking details. In case of COD orders, please make sure you or an authorised person is available at your shipping address to sign off the parcel. Given the fragility of the products, we generally don’t prefer leaving your parcel with the security.

2. What if my order is damaged during transit?

4. What if I place an order and the product I paid for is Out of Stock?
We try our level best to keep our stock inventory updated at all times but occasionally a certain item you ordered could be sold out due to multiple reasons. Our team will reach out to you within 3 days* of order placement to notify you about the same. We can issue a store credit with no expiry date for the same amount and you can order whatever you like from the store right away or at your leisure or we can issue a complete refund on the product. The choice is yours.
*We take 3 days to scout through our warehouse and also enquire with our partners and distributors to check if we can arrange for the stock for you.
5. Unable to Deliver.
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment centre.

3.What is Record Store Day?
Record Store Day is an annual event inaugurated in 2008 to "celebrate the culture of the independently owned record store". The day brings together fans, artists, and thousands of independent record stores across the world.
Why cant I see any RSD releases in store?
Even though it celebrates the culture of independent record stores, most releases of RSD don’t reach India due to low demand. They are mainly distributed in the local markets of UK, US & EU. This is also an indication for us to listen to more music on vinyl and increase the demand in India.
